How do I cancel?
We have made it easy so members don't need to sign up with passwords to cancel. Click on "Cancel Plan/Update Card" on the top right corner of our website to enter your email you used to subscribe. You can also find the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can click here. If you cancel before the 1st, you will not be charged for the following month. Please keep in mind that emailing us to cancel is not the same as cancelling.
Can I get a refund?
We do not do refunds or returns. If you're on the monthly plan and cancel before the 1st Pacific time, then you will not get charged the following month and will not receive that month's snack box. Cancellations after will NOT result in a refund for that month and your last snack box will be shipped that month.
How do I update my card information?
Please click on "Cancel Plan/Update Card" on the top of the page. The same link can be used to cancel your plan as well.
How do I change my address?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your new address. We will update your account and send you an email to confirm. Note: Boxes sent to old addresses may or may not be forwarded to your new address. It is up to the post office.

What's inside each snack box?
Once in a while, there will be a sneak peak through our social media but for the most part, it'll be a mystery! We pack your box with tasty surprises- snacks that offers familiarity and adventure! You'll always find at least 1 salty, sweet, international, and healthy conscious snack. Click on What's in our boxes to see our past boxes.
Where do you ship?
As of 1/21/16, we no longer ship to Canada. We will only ship to the United States, Guam, and APO addresses. Canadian members who subscribed prior to will still receive packages from us.

When do I get charged?
Recurring billing is on the 1st of each month. If you just started a plan after the 1st, then your card will be charged upon check out, unless snack boxes are sold out in which your card will be charged on the 1st of the following month.
Where is my snack box?
Snack boxes are shipped on 15th of each month. If it's the 15th and you haven't received a box, it most likely is still in transit. Most subscribers receive their snack boxes around the 20th.
When to expect a delivery?
Snack boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month and it should take about 2-10 days to arrive to your home or office for the US. Members that subscribe after shipment is completed will receive their 1st box by end of that month unless out of stock that month. APO and Guam addresses will take about 3 weeks for delivery.
When to order?
You can subscribe anytime! Your snack box will be shipped the same month unless the website states the month is sold out, in which you will receive the following month's. You will be charged for the 1st time on the 1st of the following month if the current month is out of stock. You can order gift snack boxes for yourself or someone else any time also. Your card will be charged right away and the box will be shipped out that month unless the website states we are taking orders for the following month. Long term plans and gift options are charged in full upon check out.
How do I get more of the snacks I enjoyed?
We may set up a snack shop in the future. Please email us if you find a tasty snack in our boxes. We might carry it again.
What happens if my card declines?
The system automatically tries about 2-4 more times, but if it's still unsuccessful, the account will be cancelled and an email will be sent out.
Can I send as a gift?
Yes! Click here to check it out. We have a 1 month, 3 month gift, and a 6 month gift option.
What about tracking numbers?
We ship First Class USPS so snack boxes arrive fairly quick. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email provided. Click here to visit the website to enter the tracking number.
Why didn't I get a confirmation email?
Most of the time, this is because the email address was entered incorrectly. If you did not get a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com.
When will I get a response after sending an email?
Response time is 24-48 hours on weekdays. Please keep in mind that email responses to automated messages (that are marked do not reply) are not monitored so emails responded there may not be received.
Something Snacks uses the address entered by the member for shipment. If the address was input incorrectly by member and the package was either missing or not delivered, we can ship another box just once but a $3 shipping fee will be apply. Although we do our best working with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to recover any packages in question, Something Snacks is not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged packages. We cannot take responsibility for packages marked "delivered" via tracking number by USPS but claimed missing by party at delivered address, or member who placed order. Something Snacks do not automatically forward packages if recipient had a change of address and did not update us. Something Snacks takes responsibility if addresses for shipment sent to USPS that does not match member's information. Something Snacks ships First Class. Expect all packages to ship out by the 15th. Orders placed after the 15th will be shipped between the 16th -31st. Tracking numbers usually are emailed to the email provided at the time order was placed. First class usually takes 2-10 business days. APO/FPO address could take up to 2 months for delivery.
